FeedForward Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FeedForward platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

FeedForward is designed exclusively for educational purposes. The platform should be used by students and educators in accordance with their institution's academic policies.

6. Service Limitations
• FeedForward provides automated feedback as an educational tool, not as definitive assessment
• The accuracy of feedback depends on many factors including the quality of submissions
• The platform may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance or updates

FeedForward reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms of Service.

9. Institutional Relationships
When FeedForward is deployed by an educational institution, users may also be subject to the policies and terms of that institution.

FeedForward reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
